Elaine is the owner and Artistic director of CBT School since 1973. Elaine teaches ballet class levels 5,6,7, variations and is director of the Cullman Ballet Company since 1995.

Anna Willingham Lanier, owner of "Dance With Us", Cullman's only dancewear specialty shop.
Anna also teaches pre-ballet class levels A, B, C and community ballet classes, which is the multi-level Ballet technique for dancers age pre-teen and above.
Anna studied ballet from her mother, Elaine Willingham, from age 5 until graduation from high school. Anna took summer workshop classes from Mira Popovich at age 13.
While at the University of Montevallo, Anna taught ballet for Pamela Merkle Sayle at The Alabama Academy of Dance and also continued her training with Mira Popovich.
Anna graduated from the University of Montevallo with a Bachelors degree in Retail Merchandising and a minor in Business.
Anna is also the manager for S & D Properties real estate & owner of Heritage Learning Center & Daycare and a Rodan & Fields Consultant since 2015 .
Anna is married to David Lanier and homeschools their children Clara, Liam, Esther, and Violet.
Cynthia has been dancing with Cullman Ballet Theatre since 2014 and was a member of the
Cullman Ballet Company for 4 years.
Cynthia has also been a recipient of summer scholarships from the Cullman Ballet Society.
Cynthia teaches ballet Level One, Two and Level 3.
Caroline Sutton Jackson
Caroline began her dancng at age 4 at CBTschool for 12 years. Caroline was in the Cullman Ballet Company for several years. Caroline also danced 3 years with the Huntsville Ballet Company. In 2015 she spent 3 weeks training with the American Ballet Theatre in New York City as part of their college program. Caroline also spent 3 semesters as a Dance Major at Belhaven University in Jackson, Ms.
Caroline has also danced with Flash Mob America, Premiere Dance Theatre of Huntsville and
Sanspointe Dance company of Birmingham.
Caroline is also treasurer for the Cullman Ballet Society.
Caroline teaches Jazz level C & D and Ballet Levels 3 & 4. Caroline is also the current president of the Cullman Ballet Society.
Clara is a Cullman Ballet Company Alumni from circa 2012-2017 as well as the Jazz Company when it was offered. She owns and operates Emerald Oasis Banquet Room in downtown Cullman, Al and works many jobs aside from teaching dance. Clara has been dancing since the age of four and began teaching jazz at sixteen.
This season Clara will teach the Jazz classes Level A & B.
Clara is the oldest daughter of Anna Lanier and also granddaughter of Elaine Willingham.
Clara is so excited to again be part of the
CBT School faculty.
Chloe began dancing at age 3 and has loved every second of it since then.
In the past 16 years of dance, she has trained in styles such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Acrobatics, Ballroom, Modern, Musical Theatre and more.
She also had the opportunity to serve as a Corps Faculty assistant at Bella Moxi Dance Convention and Competition for the 2018 & 2019 seasons. At Bella Moxi
Chloe gained the mentorship of esteemed professionals in the dance industry such as Victor Alexander, Dusty Button, Alex Little, Michael Dameski,
Nicolas Cunningham and more. She is also a 2020 graduate of the CLI studios virtual trainee program.
Chloe was a member of the Factory Dance Productions Competitive Team where she received various high point and specialty awards as well as scholarships. Chloe was a 3 year member and captain of Cullman High School inaugural competitive dance team. She dual enrolled as a Fast-Track student at Wallace College in the Pedagogy program. She graduated high school with as associate degree of Dance Education. chloe plans to pursue a career in professional concert & commercial dance.
We are excited to have Chloe work with us at CBT School to teach 3 levels of Tap and 2 levels of Hip-Hop classes.
Jesse is a native of Cullman, Al.
She rececived her dance training at Cullman Ballet Theatre School and was a former member of the Cullman Ballet Company through high school. She later continued her studies at Birmingham Southern College where she rececived a Bachelor of Arts degree and the Mira Popovic award for Excellence in Dance.
After college she performed with the Atlanta Dance Connection under artistic director, Allyne Gartrell, and performed works by choreographers such as Tracy Vogt and Ray Mercer. Jesse later worked for Royal Caribbean Productions as a performer and traveled much of the world dancing on the Royal Caribbean ships. She has taught & performed multiple dance genres, such as ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, modern, and ballroom.
She met her husband, Marko, on her travels and they have settled back in Cullman and have a 2 year old daughter, Mila and a new son Luka.
Jesse plans to be back with CBT school in the second semester to teach Ballroom Fusion.
