Elaine Willingham, owner and Artistic director of CBT School since 1973. Elaine teaches ballet class levels 5,6,7, variations and is director of the Cullman Ballet Company.

Anna Willingham Lanier, owner of "Dance With Us", Cullman's only dancewear specialty shop, also teaches
pre-ballet class levels A, B, C, Dance Line Prep and
multi-level Ballet technique.
Anna studied ballet from her mother, Elaine Willingham, from age 5 until graduation from high school. Anna took summer workshop classes from Mira Popovich at age 13.
While at the University of Montevallo, Anna taught ballet for Pamela Mirkle Sayle at The Alabama Academy of Dance and also continued her training with Mira Popovich.
Anna graduated from the University of Montevallo with a Bachelors degree in Retail Merchandising and a minor in Business.
Anna is also the manager for S & D Properties real estate & owner of Heritage Learning Center & Daycare and a Rodan & Fields Consultant since 2015 .
Anna is married to David Lanier and homeschools their children Clara, Liam, Esther, and Violet.
Cynthia Oden has been dancing with Cullman Ballet Theatre since 2014 and was a member of the
Cullman Ballet Company for 4 years.
Cynthia has also been a recepient of summer scholarships from the Cullman Ballet Society.
Cynthia teaches ballet Level One, Two and Level 6 Pointe.
Caroline Sutton Jackson
Caroline began her dancng at age 4 at CBTschool for 12 years. Caroline was in the Cullman Ballet Company for several years. Caroline also danced 3 years with the Huntsville Ballet Company. In 2015 she spent 3 weeks training with the American Ballet Theatre in New York City as part of their college program. Caroline also spent 3 semesters as a Dance Major at Belhaven University in Jackson, Ms.
Caroline has also danced with Flash Mob America, Premiere Dance Theatre of Huntsville and
Sanspointe Dance company of Birmingham.
Caroline is also treasurer for the Cullman Ballet Society.
Caroline teaches Ballet Levels 1, 3, 4, all levels of Jazz and is the assistant to Elaine Willingham, director of the Cullman Ballet Company.
Jill Brown Meggs began dancing at age 4 with Dale Serrano studios in Birmingham, Al. She studied tap & Jazz for over 10 years under Dale Serrano Jr and Kim Niblett. Jill also studied classical ballet & classical jazz with CBT School for 6 years and joined the CHS Dance line. Jill served as an intern at the Dance Foundation (Formerly the Children`s Dance foundation) in Homewood, Al. for 2 years while completing her undergraduate studies at Samford University.
During this time she taught tap for beginners & intermediate students. While at Samford Jill was awarded Best Choreography for her sorority`s presentation of SEVEN at the annual campus STEP SING SHOW where over 15 groups competed. Jill completed a bachelor & Master of Accountancy at Samford and is currently the CFO/Controller for her family`s business.
Jill is married to her high school sweetheart, Drew, and together they have two daughters, Caroline & Amelia, who both dance at CBT SChool.
Jill teaches Tap Levels A & B & C.
Jesse is a native of Cullman, Al.
She rececived her dance training at Cullman Ballet Theatre School and was a former member of the Cullman Ballet Company through high school. She later continued her studies at Birmingham Southern College where she rececived a Bachelor of Arts degree and the Mira Popovic award for Excellence in Dance.
After college she performed with the Atlanta Dance Connection under artistic director, Allyne Gartrell, and performed works by choreographers such as Tracy Vogt and Ray Mercer. Jesse later worked for Royal Caribbean Productions as a performer and traveled much of the world dancing on the Royal Caribbean ships. She has taught & performed multiple dance genres, such as ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, modern, and ballroom.
She met her husband, Marko, on her travels and they have settled back in Cullman and have a one year old daughter, Mila.
Jesse will teach Level 7 Ballet Techinque and Ballroom Fusion for the first semester since she is expecting baby #2 in the spring!
