The Cullman Ballet Company auditions are held each spring. Any dancer that has completed two years on pointe' qualifies for audition.

UPCOMING EVENTS! Pas de Deux (Ballet Partnering Class) January 23rd through February 27th. This class is for boys age 12 and older and girls with pointe' technique for at least 2 years. This class will be held on Wednesday nights from 4:00 to 5:30 pm for six consecutive weeks. NEW! Pre-Ballet for 3 year olds! Classes start February 5, 2008 and will be held each Tuesday from 3:00 to 3:45 pm. Call now to register: 734-7775. Ballroom Dance Classes 2008 Session 1: January 22 - February 26 (6 classes) $72 per person or $110 per couple 6:00 to 7:00 pm for those with previous ballroom training 7:00 to 8:00 pm for those with less experience Session 2: March 4 - April 8 (6 classes) $72 per person or $110 per couple 6:00 to 7:00 pm for those with previous ballroom training 7:00 to 8:00 pm for those with less experience Session 3: April 22 - May 13 (4 classes) $40 per person or $60 per couple This class is only for those from session 1 and/or session 2 that would like to perform in the Ballet Theater School Gala May 16 and May 17. Cullman Ballet Company Auditions for the 2008/2009 Season Auditions will be held on Saturday, March 1 for the Summer Scholarship Program from the Cullman Ballet Society, Jazz Competition Group, and Cullman Ballet Company. Applications may be picked up in advance at the school. The schedule for the day is as follows: 8:30 - 9:00 am: Registration 9:00 - 10:30 am: Individual interviews for those auditioning for summer dance scholarship 10:30 - 11:30 am: Ballet audition combined for summer scholarship and Ballet Company 11:30 - 12:00 noon: Lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm: Competition jazz group audition class Please call the Ballet Theatre School at 734-7775 for details on age and dance training requirements.
